“What is your shipping charge?”

Free shipping for orders over $99. Orders under $99, shipping charge is $12.99 for 5-8 days standard shipping and $15.99 for 3-5 ground shipping.

Shipping 48 Contiguous USA

We currently offer Standard 5-8 business days and Ground 1-5 business days for delivery. All packages will be delivered by FedEx or USPS for delivery. At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States and do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. All packages are insured for your protection against loss or damage in transit. Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

FedEx cannot deliver to a U.S. Post Office Box. We recommend shipping to a business or home address to avoid shipping delays.

“What is your return and refund policy?”

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund of the product price. Refunds are processed to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original condition and manufacturer packaging to warrant a refund.

Holiday Return Policy
Your return window will be extended for the Holidays. All items sold between 10/1/2022 and 12/31/2022 can be returned until 1/31/2023. Items must be unused and in the original condition with manufacturer packaging to warrant a refund. The product Barcode / UPC on the packaging must be unaltered to pass inspection.

Return Instructions
Email us at contact@whiskerstore.com and include your order number and the email address used when the order was placed.

Refunds
You can expect a refund within 5-8 business days of our receiving your returned product. Effective January 1, 2021, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items due to buyer's remorse. If the return is a result of a defective, manufacturer error, or a shipping error on our part you will not be charged a restocking fee, and your shipping charge on the order if applicable will be refunded.

“What organizations do you donate to?”

We donate 100% of our profits to the Animal Welfare Institute, Wildlife Conservation Society, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and local animal rescues.

“What is your purpose in donating?”

We noticed that many pets struggle with health and well-being despite the available resources. Many pets are abandoned on the streets, sent to shelters, and put down for lack of adoption. We want to contribute to increasing the availability of support for these animals to improve their lifestyle and ensure them a safer chance of happiness.
